How P12 Works, Step by Step

Parking with P12 is meant to feel effortless from the first click to the moment you drive home. Here is the whole journey, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Book online in a few minutes
Pick your drop-off and pick-up dates, choose your service (Standard or First Class), and confirm. The whole thing takes only a few minutes. You can book at any hour, and if your plans change, cancellation is free up to 4 hours before drop-off.

Step 2: Arrive at P12
On the day of your trip, drive to our site, about 10 minutes from Brussels Airport. We are open 24/7, so it does not matter if your flight is at dawn or in the middle of the night. Our team is there to welcome you.

Step 3: Hand us your keys (Standard) or park yourself (First Class)
This is where your two options differ.

• **Standard**: you hand us your keys at check-in and we take it from there. We park your car for you and organize cars by departure day, which lets us optimize space and keep the site secure.
• **First Class**: you drive straight to your dedicated, secured spot, park the car yourself, and keep your own keys. Nothing to hand over.

Either way, you are done in minutes.

Step 4: Take the free shuttle to the terminal
Our shuttle fleet is a 24-seat bus plus a smaller second vehicle. It runs non-stop, 24/7, with a dispatcher on site, so there is no timetable to catch. Average wait before departure is about 5 minutes, and the ride to the terminal takes about 10. The shuttle is always free both ways, with 4 passengers included and 5 euros per extra passenger, paid on site.

Step 5: Fly
That is the easy part. Enjoy your trip.

Step 6: Come back and pick up your car
When you land, take the free shuttle back to P12. With Standard, your car is out and ready when you arrive, so there is no waiting around. With First Class, you simply walk to your spot and drive off with the keys you kept the whole time.

Why it is cheaper than the terminal
Parking at the airport in P1 or P2 runs 150 to 350 euros a week. Our current offer cuts the parking base by 50 percent for a limited time, applied automatically: Standard drops from 80 to 40 euros a week, First Class starts at 90, Service Voiturier at 100. A secured site, a free shuttle, a real team, for less.
