Cheap parking at Zaventem: pay less without the nasty surprise
Cheap parking near Brussels Airport exists. Cheap AND reliable is what you verify. The point-by-point checklist before you book.

Nobody wants to pay much for a car that sleeps while you are in Malaga. Looking for cheap parking at Zaventem is perfectly rational. But between the advertised price and what you experience on departure day, there can be a world. Here is how to separate a good deal from a bad plan.
What a rock-bottom price sometimes hides
A very low price has to fund something somewhere. Sometimes it is healthy: a site further from the terminal, a lean operation, low season. Sometimes less so: a shuttle billed separately or shared with three other car parks, luggage or passenger supplements, no cancellation, or a site that is neither fenced nor watched. The teaser price then becomes the start of the bill, not the end.
The checklist before you book
- Is the shuttle included and how often does it run? "On request" at 4 am is something you check beforehand.
- Do passengers pay a supplement? A family of 4 can turn a bargain into a premium price.
- Is cancellation free, and until when? A cancelled flight should not cost you a parking.
- Is the site fenced, lit, supervised? A satellite photo and recent reviews answer quickly.
- Reviews from the last 3 months: an average can be dressed up, a recent series much less.
The real cost is the total for YOUR dates
The only honest comparison: the total amount, shuttle and passengers included, for your exact dates, cancellation included. At P12 that total shows before any account creation, and cancellation is free until 4 hours before drop-off. A Standard week starts at 80 € at the list rate, promotions on top when they run.
Cheap should not mean cut-rate
More than 400 travellers parked with us this summer, and our Google listing stands at 5 stars. We do not say that to show off: it is proof that an off-airport car park can be both the economical choice and the comfortable one. Compare, run the checklist, and have a good flight.
