The P12 Season Pass: 12 months of parking for 500 €

If you fly several times a year, you know the drill: every trip starts with a new parking quote. We wanted a simpler answer. The P12 Season Pass is one payment of 500 €, then a flat 5 € per parking day for 12 months. No monthly subscription, no seasonal price swings.

Here is exactly what you are buying, how the credit works, and when the pass is worth it. Or not.

What 500 € buys you

The pass is tied to your P12 account and starts on a date you choose, up to 3 months ahead. From that day it runs for 12 months.

• Every Standard booking is billed at a flat 5 € per parking day, whatever the public rate is at the time, peak season included.
• The 500 € is not a fee: it is prepaid credit. Your bookings draw it down at 5 € a day, so your first 100 parking days are already paid.
• The free 24/7 shuttle to Brussels Airport stays included, as with any Standard booking.

How the credit works in practice

You book on the site as usual: same dates, same calendar, same shuttle. The difference shows at checkout. A week of parking costs 35 € at the pass rate; that amount comes off your credit and you pay 0 € online.

A sample year: 3 return trips of 2 weeks each is 42 days, which uses 210 € of credit. That leaves 290 € for the trips after that. Your dashboard shows the balance in real time, with the equivalent in days.

If a booking runs past your remaining credit, you only pay the difference. 20 € of credit left against a 40 € stay: the pass covers 20 €, you pay 20 € by card. Nothing blocks.

After 100 days, the rate stays

Once the credit is used up, the pass keeps working. Every booking stays at 5 € per day until your 12 months end; you simply pay it by card when you book. For comparison, our Standard list rate is around 80 € a week. On the pass, that same week costs 35 €.

The rules, no small print

• The pass covers the Standard service only. First Class and add-ons stay at their normal price.
• Every booking counts at least one day, even for a few hours.
• The whole stay must fit inside the pass window: drop-off and pick-up both between the start and end dates. A stay that runs past the end date is priced at the normal public rate.
• One active pass per account. It is personal and not transferable.
• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before drop-off: the credit used goes straight back onto your pass.
• The pass stops at its end date, remaining credit included. Pick a start date close to your first trip.

Who the maths works for

Let us be direct: if you travel once or twice a year, the pass is not for you. Our classic rates and current promotions will serve you better.

From roughly 45 parking days a year, the pass beats our list rate, and every day beyond that costs just 5 €. For frequent flyers, consultants who chain trips, or families who travel often, 100 prepaid days at 5 € change what parking costs over a year.

How to get one

There are 50 passes in total, not one more: we hold physical spots for pass holders. Sign in to your P12 account, open the Season Pass page, pick your start date and pay online. The pass is active from its start date, and every booking after that takes two clicks, at the same flat rate.
