What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 4 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. After that, no refund is available.

Cancellations can be made through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, certain details can be updated directly from your dashboard:

What you can change:
• Customer name and phone number
• License plate, vehicle make and model
• Flight number and special requests
• Pick-up date (via the "Extend Booking" feature)

What cannot be changed:
• Drop-off (arrival) date and time

If your arrival date changes, you will need to cancel the existing booking and create a new one. Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before drop-off.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled drop-off time. We recommend arriving 3 hours before your flight to allow time for parking, shuttle transfer, and airport check-in.

For early morning flights (before 6:00 AM), please contact us in advance.

We're located at 99, Digue du Canal, Haren, 1130 Brussels, Belgium, just 10 minutes from Brussels Airport (BRU).

Once you arrive, follow the signs to our reception. For Service Voiturier, we'll meet you directly at the airport terminal.

Yes! We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. For night arrivals (22:00-06:00), please call us 30 minutes before you arrive so our night staff can assist you. Our security is active around the clock.

How does the shuttle service work?

Our free shuttle runs 24/7:
• Departs every 15-20 minutes
• Takes 10 minutes to airport
• Drops you at your terminal
• On return, call us when you land and we'll pick you up

The shuttle is included in all Standard Parking bookings.

Do you accept large vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we welcome vehicles of all sizes.

Larger vehicles like vans, campers, Sprinters, Transits and large SUVs (over 3 m) take the space and handling of two cars in our lot. To reflect that, an XL booking is priced as two parking spaces: your standard parking total is doubled. Service Voiturier and extra-passenger fees stay at their normal rate.

Examples: Mercedes Sprinter, Fiat Ducato, Ford Transit, VW Transporter, large camper vans.

Is there a charge for extra passengers?

We include 2 passengers in the base price. Additional passengers are €5 per person for the shuttle service (Standard and VIP). This helps us ensure comfortable transport for everyone.

Service Voiturier passengers are met at the terminal, so no shuttle is involved and no extra-passenger fee applies.
