P12 Is Open: Months of Work, One Simple Promise
After months of preparation, P12 is open. A new, independent parking about 10 minutes from Brussels Airport, built around one promise: Park. Shuttle. Fly. Here is what we built and why.

Park. Shuttle. Fly.
We are open. After months of preparation, planning, and hard work, P12 is welcoming its first travelers. We are a new, independent parking located about 10 minutes by shuttle from Brussels Airport (BRU), and we built this place around a single promise: leaving your car for a trip should feel effortless and safe, never a compromise.
Independent note: P12 is a private, independent parking. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Brussels Airport.
What we spent those months building
Opening a parking that treats every car like our own is not something you improvise. Over the last months we prepared a secured site, hired and trained a real team, put our shuttles on the road, and built an online booking system that takes only a few minutes. We wanted everything ready before we opened the doors, not after.
The result is a place that runs day and night, every day of the year, with people on site who actually care where your car is parked.
Two ways to park at launch
We are launching with two services, and only two. We would rather do a small number of things extremely well than spread ourselves thin.
- **Standard**: you hand us your keys at check-in, we park your car for you, and we organize cars by departure day to optimize space and keep the site secure. Free shuttle both ways.
- **First Class**: a dedicated, secured spot where you park the car yourself and keep your own keys. Free shuttle included.
Standard is regularly 80 euros per week. First Class is regularly 150 euros per week. To celebrate our opening, a launch offer takes 25 percent off, which brings Standard to around 60 euros per week and First Class to around 112 euros per week.
Cheaper than parking at the terminal
Parking directly at the airport in P1 or P2 typically runs from 150 to 350 euros per week. P12 sits well below that, from 80 to 150 euros per week, and even lower during launch. You get a secured spot, a free shuttle, and a team on site, for less than the terminal car parks.
How the shuttle works
Our shuttle fleet is a 24-seat bus plus a smaller second vehicle. On high-demand days that means a departure every 30 minutes, and on quieter days at most every hour. The ride to the terminal takes about 10 minutes.
